Using the number sign emoji #️⃣ creates unusable tags

Steps to reproduce

Use this unicode symbol in a note: :hash:

Expected result

I expected it to act like any other unicode emoji :apple::sweat_smile::octopus:

Actual result

The symbol gets formatted like a #tag even when used surrounded by spaces and the resulting tag contains an Unicode symbol that cannot be displayed.

Additional information

Probably it has something to do with some symbols in the Unicode table being combined from two individual symbols, one of which is the regular number symbol #.

This should be intercepted by Obsidian.
