Using Obsidian on a work PC - a few questions

Hi all, using Obsidian with git on my desktop. Is there a way to merge the commit and the push command palette options of Obsidian git into one? Also, is there a way to add it to the sidebar under the command palette?

I also want to have a memory stick that I run my notes off on my work laptop sync every now and then with the repo on Github. Is this possible?
