Why should I use 2 different Programs for Knowledge management (Zotero & Obsidian). Wouldn’t it be possible to use just Obsidian and build a Reference-management inside Obsidian ?

You could for sure, but you’d loose most of Zotero’s main advantages (formatting any bibliography the way your editor wants it, generating tables of contents in Word and keeping those up to date as you write, non-destructively annotating PDF’s in Zotero’s integrated PDF reader, etc.). My own experience told me that it’s almost always better to use multiple software in parallel where each software is tailored and optimized for its use case, rather than trying to do everything (often badly) with one jack-of-a-knife software that could (but shouldn’t) do everything. But it’s really up to you, at the end
