Using bases to track unresolved notes

What I’m trying to do

In my note taking, I follow the philosophy of notes being densely linked. The result of taking notes like this is that at any given time I have a large number of “unresolved” notes, references that I’ve made in one or more files to a note that doesn’t exist yet.

Is it possible to use Bases to track these unresolved notes? For example, if I wanted to see a list of all notes that reference an unresolved note in the people attribute, in the YAML frontmatter.

Things I have tried

I have tried to use the available formulas, as a filter, to show files that have items in the file.links list that do not exist. To-date, I haven’t found a formula that works. Is it possible?
