To elaborate slightly, it looks like when the problem happens, if you swipe the system bar at the bottom of the screen to go back to the last app, then swipe it back to Obsidian, the problem clears up.

A workaround will be introduced 1.9.13. No ETAs but soonish.

Ok great, b/c this makes it very hard to use on iPad OS 26.
