Uppercase/lowercase in search field

Hey guys, does anyone know a way to make the search-field ignore upper- and lowercase spelling? I use obsidian in german language, in which you normally spell nouns uppercase (e.g. Konzept). But if they are part of a closed compound (e.g. Baukonzept) you write them lowercase. So whenever I search for “Konzept” I only see the nouns and not the compound words. If i type “konzept” I only get the lowercase words or no results if there aren’t any.

There’s a little “ignore case” button in the search field. It looks like Aa, typically.
