Update search results when a note’s subject changes

Current behaviour:

  1. Search for anything
  2. Click on a result
  3. Change the note’s title
  4. Subject in the results remain the same

proposal:
Subject in the results is updated as the previous title does not exist anymore and the outdated content in the results is confusing
