Up Arrow key jumps to title from first paragraph even if text cursor is not on first line

Steps to reproduce

Open a note where the first paragraph has more than one line
Click on the last line of the first paragraph
Hit up arrow keyboard key

Problem occurs in sandbox vault as well

Expected result

The text cursor should move to the penultimate line

Actual result

The text cursor jumps to the note title, which also gets highlighted

This looks like a faulty implementation of this feature request:

Make up arrow key from line 1 move to note title

Now that we have inline titles it would be – I believe – expected to be able to navigate from the first line of the note to the title when pressing an up arrow key. The current behavior is that it stays stuck at line no. 1 as note title is treated (and still is, on the backend) a separate field.

The jump should only occur when we’re on the first line
