Thank you. How about a feature to globally load packages (which are supported by mathjax) that can be specified in the settings.
Because that (below) seems to not have happened.
This has happended, everything is included but not autoloaded. And is not autoloaded for a reason neither by us nor my mathjax.
You can manually load it.
