Unlinked Mentions - shouldn't mentions in Links

Use case or problem

I have note named feedback. All about effective models for feedback at work.

The Unlinked Mentions includes references in:

  • URLs
  • [Markdown Link Text]

both of these cases are errors as linking to them would break the linking note.
