Unknow error, stat 'file path' .obsidian/graph.json

Obsidian v0.13.23 (installerv0.9.6)
OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000

Things I have tried

  • Rebooted system
  • Delete graph.json to create a new one that does not give an error (this failed with “Error 0x80071129: The tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid.”)
  • Confirmed that the issue does not occur on mobile (OS: Android, Obsidian V1.0.5)
  • Checked Obsidian forum and via google for similar issues
