When I was typing notes, it would automatically generate different versions of my notes. I don’t know what the problem is, but I am guessing maybe the syncing issue?
I am using iCloud for syncing, and my vault is stored in iCloud Drive/iCloud~md~obsidian/[My Vault Name].

I agree it looks like a sync issue. Are you using iCloud on Windows?

If you’re not using iCloud on Windows, are you using another sync system on your vault? Maybe one you tried and forgot to turn off?
Do you see the same behavior after turning on Settings > Community Plugins > Restricted Mode?
Yes, I used iCloud on Windows for convenient viewing of the notes on my iPhone. I have switched to using OneDrive, and such an issue has not happened again.
