One-way (or in demand) selective sync for core Sync plugin Feature requests

Use case or problem I use selective sync for my mobile phone because PDFs, videos and images can eat up storage space very quickly on mobile. Also as Obsidian Sync doesn’t work on the background, having to wait such files to be downloaded is not ideal. Yet (with new mobile app starting speeds) I need to quickly snap a photo/video or add a pdf scan to a note on mobile. But current selective sync only syncs two-ways or don’t.
