Unexpected behavior - New file from graph view

Steps to reproduce

  • enter graph view
  • apply path filter (eg path:FolderA)
  • click on a node of a non-existing file

Expected result

  • new file is created in FolderA

Actual result

  • new file is created in vault root

Environment

  • Operating system: win10
  • Obsidian version: v0.12.4

PS: I’m not totally sure if this counts as a bug, feel free to move it to it to a more appropriate category.

This is expect. I understand what you want, I think it’s better you open a Feature Request and explain it clearly.
