I have an issue similar to this issue, but with the latest AppImage 1.5.12 in restricted mode. The issue occurs consistently after about 30 minutes of writing in Obsidian. The application throws infinite error pop-up with the error so that I cannot close it and have to kill it. It has occurred to me in previous versions as well over a long period (half a year? more?).
I don’t know how to reproduce this in the Sandbox other than spending a long time writing text that will later disappear.
Steps to reproduce
Write for about 30 minutes. It only appears on my smaller resource constrained laptop, but I am actively looking at the RAM usage.
There are no special steps. The note content does not seem to have an effect.
Did you follow the troubleshooting guide?
Yes not sandbox, but restricted
Expected result
Obsidian works without hanging.
Actual result
The error appears. Infinte error pop-ups appear and I have to kill the application. Restart and then I get 30 minutes of peaceful typing time before the process starts anew.
