Steps to reproduce
- Create a new canvas
- Make a new card and add a couple of lines so that it overflows and you’ve got a scroll bar
- Lose the focus on the card (e.g. click somewhere else in the canvas)
- Try using the visible scrollbar by either hovering over the card and using scroll wheel or click and dragging it

Expected result
There is a visible scrollbar when a card is in unfocused state, so i would expect to be able to drag it and/or use my scroll wheel.
Actual result
The whole canvas scrolls or i drag the card when i click on it.
