This issue came from the support box ticket #86890.
This is an issue when using accessibility options within Windows.
Steps to reproduce
- Deploy the latest OS.
- Perform Windows and Store updates.
- Download the application from vendor site.
- Install the application.
- Launch the application.
- Navigate to Settings tab.
- Enable High Contrast Themes.
- Observe toggle buttons.

Expected result
Should be able to work with toggle buttons in App Settings Window in High Contrast Mode.
Actual result
Unable to see and work with toggle button in App Settings window in High Contrast Mode.
