I am currently using the Danish language version of Obsidian and have updated to the latest version 1.9.12. However, I am unable to locate the “Format Converter” core plugin mentioned in the release notes.

I think, after testing in the sandbox vault, that it’s the plugin titled Importør af Markdown-format
(Sorry, I don’t speak Danish 
)
Once enabled, it’ll appear as an icon in the ribbon or you can open it from the command palette (ctrl/cmd + p)
If you need it to convert the tag, alias, cssclass properties to tags, aliases, cssclasses, it will be the last option within the plugin…
