Trouble rendering abc files with Music notation plugin

I’m having trouble rendering abc files with the Music notation plugin. Only the title and tune type display. Edit/preview screenshots:

I tried installing abcjs through node.js (I’m a total newbie here, and got this error:

Then went to my normal command shell and got this:

Any ideas?
