Transfer pages between vaults

is it possible to move pages from one vault to an other vault?

Not in Obsidian for so far I know.
This is (in my personal opinion) stuff for a file browser/explorer.
I you use subdirectories in your Vault you can move files between the subdirectories in Obsidian (but that was not your exact initial question ).
