I’d like to record my exercise sessions for the purpose of tracking my progress by querying the data. It’s a bit overwhelming so I don’t know where to start.
Does anyone have suggestions or know of a good system for tracking exercise??
I use the app Strong on iOS. Ideally, I would just sync my workout data from the app to Obsidian, but there’s no integration that I know of.
In the absence of that, I’ve just been manually inputing workout data like this. Right now, I create a separate note for each session and input a few metadata fields.
I know - it’s clunky and far from ideal.
