Toggle strikethrough doesn't toggle

Steps to reproduce

  1. Toggle strikethrough (by command or hotkey).
  2. Repeat.

Expected result

The ‘~~’ should be removed when the ‘toggle strikethrough’ command is executed a second time.

Actual result

Additional ‘~~’ are inserted.

Environment

  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Obsidian version: 0.12.15

Additional information

I’m not absolutely sure this is a bug, but I’m fairly certain…

I’m having this same bug.
Using Obsidian v0.12.19 on MacOS 11.6.

Rather than toggling the strikethrough on and off it just keeps adding another couple of ~~ at start/end of the line. Repeating it gets more and more added.
