Use case or problem
When you use function Toggle heading from Toolbar; the keyboard will be collapsed and replaced by Toggle heading list.
This behaviour stops workflow and is poorly optimized.
Proposed solution
Place header list horizontally:
H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, X (exit)
temporary on Toolbar
