To-do list linkages

Hello,

I have recurring meetings I want to take notes for in Obsidian. Sometimes while I’m taking notes a to-do item comes up. Naturally, I record this item in the notes I’m taking. I want to create a linked to-do list.

Is it possible to:

  1. Quickly link/send that text to a specific to-do list (there will be several to-do lists)

  2. have that link be dynamic in that if I edit the to-do item’s text in either the to-do list or the note its originally from, the text will simultaneously change in both documents

  3. have the linked text exist without a hyperlink so that if I want to edit the linked text I can just click and type like any other text, but still have the option to follow the link to the to-do list from the note and vice versa?

  4. visualize these linkages in graph view?

I have tried so many note taking apps looking for these functionalities. It would be life changing if you could find a way to make this work. Please let me know if you have any questions.
