To Completely Remove The Sidebar With The Icons on the Left

I want to completely remove the bar with the icons on the left. Is it possible to do this via CSS?

It can be done with CSS, but I’d give GitHub - kepano/obsidian-hider: Hide Obsidian UI elements such as tooltips, status, titlebar and more a try first.
