To address this need, I have developed a dedicated plugin : Easy Copy
(now available in the community plugins)
You can install it directly by clicking the link below 
obsidian://show-plugin?id=easy-copy
After installing it, all you need is using the Contextual copy command, it will smartly know what you want to copy - just have a try!
