Time and date data detection

The plugin would give date and time stamps hashtag functionality
ie-appear in different formatting, clickable, displays same stamp search results.

I was using hashtag date stamps for this, but as I discovered later on, that wasn’t optimal.

An alternative solution which may be easier to implement is adding a new hot key for inserting the timestamp or current date;
