They won’t occur in the default theme, since they are css issues only occuring when styling Obsidian (e.g. as theme dev). Therefore, i reproduced them all in the help vault with minimal demo-css-snippets. I also included all the necessary information in the screenshots.

isn’t a bug but rather a limitation of the editor - you will have to split up your CSS into HyperMD-codeblock (for left/right padding) HyperMD-codeblock-begin (for top padding), HyperMD-codeblock-end (for bottom padding).
