This Forum: impossible to add topics to the Obsidian subforum

It is impossible to add topics to the Obsidian subforum. The Create topic button is greyed out.

Is it possible to post there now?

That subforum is used for all “uncategorized” posts, and I tried to tweak a setting about enforcing a category. Not sure if that fixed the issue though.
