How to add a subfolder according to the file name?

If you select another sub-item in a folder and then click new folder, the new folder will be made in that same parent folder.
If you make the new folder outside of where you want it, your can drag it into the folder where you want it to belong.

I think there might be a plugin that lets you dynamically create attachment sub folders or dynamically name them…
