The text collapse when change from live preview to reading mode

I use the live preview mode to take notes. Sometimes I use enter to change my content to the next line even though one line isn’t finished.

However, I found that after I change to reading mode, some sentences will be collapsed into one line even though I did type enter to change another line between them.

Any help on this? Thanks!

Likely the strict line break setting

Go to Settings > Editor > under Display, Strict line breaks. Turn it off
