The power of Obsidian CLI and local servers - an alternative to plugins

I would like to showcase how you can utilize Obsidian CLI and local servers / websites to enable basically every kind of visual layout while still beeing tightly “integrated” into Obsidian.

This is an aproach that isnt going the plugin route. I am actually do not touch Obsidian at all, i just utilize Obsidian CLI.

I talked about this to a couple friends and in some smaller communities and realized, that atleast in my bubble - people just didnt realized the potential that Obsidian CLI brings on the table. They asked about a demo, so at some point i gave in =) I am not a Youtuber, so my quality might be less than the typical stuff you see nowadays. I just want to share a thing i found that for me personally, changed my aproach to Obsidian quite substantially.

As a disclaimer i have to add: I am utilizing generative ai a lot in my work. The code used to build/run this was created together with Codex CLI.
While the code could be made opensource / available through a repo - i didnt as thats not really the point (and its highly customized). I might at some later point show how i actually build the code (wich tools, wich workflows) - but its more about the concept itself and what it enables.
