I hope this functionality will be taken into account and I don’t think I’m the only person who appreciates it.
I have been using Obsidian for about 6 months and this is the first time I feel the application could be better. I was editing a video, and I keep all my scripts within obsidian. At the time when I have to do a very timely edit I check my notes on it but I am forced to make an application jump. It would be very convenient if you could keep a pinned note on top of other programs to always have it visible even when I am editing using another application in full screen.
In this sense, I think you could do something similar to what the Quicklook application for windows does that allows you to preview a file and if you want to keep it on top of other applications, you can move it around the screen or change and adjust the size. I just want obsidian to not minimize if I don't want it to so I can use my notes as a floating window.
