What I’m trying to do
The Obsidian URI handlers for obsidian://open? and obsidian://search? previously activated the relevant Obsidian window from a minimized state.
Now these links perform their function within the app—opening and populating the search sidebar or opening a note within the app—but no longer activate the Obsidian window. It changes but remains minimized or behind other application windows.
I do not recall exactly when the change happened.
Things I have tried
- Verify Obsidian is up-to-date
- Reviewing other help and bug threads referencing “URI handler”
- Updating all plugins
- Deactivating all plugins
Asking for help before assuming this is a bug.
