The left App ribbon is gone and the bottom settings button is done

What I’m trying to do

I am trying to access the setting button near the lower left or the App ribbon on the left of Obsidian but I am unable to access them. With no Settings button I am unable to access the plugins and with no ribbon I am unable command panel

Things I have tried

Remove the theme manually from .obsidian and uninstalled and reinstalled Obsidian but nothing seems to work.

Some ideas:

  1. CMD P (or CTRL P) > Toggle Ribbon

  2. CMD , (or CTRL ,) to open Settings

  3. From the menu bar choose Obsidian > Settings…

To run a command from the Command palette:

  1. Press Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P on macOS) to open the Command palette.
  2. Type the name of the command you want to run.
  3. Navigate to the command using the arrow keys.
  4. Press Enter.
