The issue of the limitation on the number of headings in the outline

What I’m trying to do

When i added a new title,there is no more heading in the outline.
In addition,i also can not use the link of this title on following writing.

Things I have tried

I try to scroll,but it is already on the bottom

There is a example used to reproduce the issue. the title “test2” can not show in the outline.

In general, when using Markdown (and Obsidian), it’s good practice to separate elements with newlines (i.e. a blank line above and below).
