Steps to reproduce
Create two folders with the following structure:
- Folder A
- image.png
- note.md
- Папка Б
- image.png
- note.md
Link the image to the note or open it in a separate tab. You will see that in the Folder A it shows. Do the same in the Папка Б and you will see that it does not.

Yes. I tested with a fresh Obsidian installation from Snap store, with sandbox vault and not community plugins. Obsidian reinstallation does not help.
Expected result
The images appear in folders with non-English named folders.
Actual result
The images do not show up in folders with non-English named folders.
