Text in hyperlinks should not be in unlinked mentions

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a note named “COM”
2. Create a note named “X”
3. Hyperlink some text in note “X”
4. Open unlinked mentions
5. See unlinked mention highlighting text inside the hyperlink (this is the first bug)
   
   
6. Attempt to create an internal link by clicking on the link button in the unlinked mention
7. Unlinked mention does not go away and now hyperlink is not functional (this is the second bug)

Actual result

Text inside a hyperlink shows up in unlinked mentions
Attempting to create a link destroys the hyperlink and does not remove the unlinked mention
