Templates not inserted into a table cell with text

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a table (one cell table is enough)
  2. Inside a cell type some text
  3. Try to insert a template into that cell

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? Y

Expected result

Template to be inserted.

Actual result

Nothing.

(It does work properly for a cell with no text)
