What I’m trying to do

I am attempting to use the Templater plugin to create metadata automatically. I’m pretty sure what I want to do should be possible but am not exactly sure how. I know you can have a template with a creation date and a modified date for your note. I want that, but instead of just having the last modified date, I want to create a list of the dates where I worked on the note. Something like:
Created: YYYY-MM-DD
Modification Log: YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY-MM-DD

Any advice?

You might also want to check the QuickAdd plugin, which might be better suited to updating the modification date.
