What I’m trying to do
Select a due date outside of the range of choices in the drop down menu

Read the plugin Tasks Version: 7.21.0 By Clare Macrae and Ilyas Landikov (Martin Schenck), which shows a window with more controls, probably where I could select a due date not on the drop down, but I don’t find this control panel?

How can I select a different date to what appears on the drop down menu?
How can I select time and not just a date as offered in the drop down menu?
Tasks plugin drop down menu shows:
enter
due date
start date
scheduled date
high priority
medium priority
low priority
highest priority
lowest priority
recurring (repeat)
created today (2025-09-10)

depends on id
on completion
If due date is selected, the following options appear:
today (2025-09-10)
tomorrow (2025-09-11)
Sunday (2025-09-14)
Monday (2025-09-15)
Tuesday (2025-09-16)
start date
scheduled date
high priority
medium priority
low priority
highest priority
lowest priority
recurring (repeat)
created today (2025-09-10)
id

As a work around, I will be manually typing in the date and then a time, until GUI access is figured out.
For example 2025-09-11 12:00 ← this will be a due date.
For reminders I will then manually type:
Keyboard select checklist → open bracket → at sign → YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm
I’m sure there’s a better way to do this, but can’t make any other GUI like option work.
In fact, before for reminders when I type checklist → open bracket → at sign → a drop down GUI calendar would appear, however now just the Tasks plugin due date drop down window appears.
