The tag panel always pops up unasked.
When working with tags inside properties or YAML, the side panel gets activated. How to prevent this behaviour, and exactly why does it happen? It’s the core plugin.
I’d suggest going through all the typical troubleshooting steps, like updating plugins, testing with plugins turned off, updating your installer if it’s old, etc. Just because the effect is with that core plugin doesn’t necessarily mean the cause isn’t from a community plugin.
