Tables: Row Grip Handle Doesn't Show When Row Text Direction Doesn't Match the First Column Header

Steps to reproduce

  1. Insert a table.
  2. Insert LTR text as a header in the first column.
  3. Insert two rows below the header.
  4. In the first column, insert LTR text in one row and RTL text in the other row.
  5. Notice that the table row grip handle doesn’t appear next to the row containing RTL text, whose direction doesn’t match the direction of the header (LTR). The grip handle only appears for the row containing LTR text.

Did you read and follow the Troubleshooting Guide ? [Yes]

Expected result

The grip handle should appear next to all rows, regardless of their text direction.

Actual result

The grip handle appears only next to rows that contain text with the same direction as the header in the first column.
