If you paste this table into the md document, it renders correctly, but source code will show extra spaces for cells containing Chinese characters. It’s not an urgent matter… Cells with all roman characters will render correctly as a text table in source code mode.

I think you can use Advanced Table plugin and mono fonts to solve this problem.

I tried using a monospaced font in source mode and I still can repro your issue. It happens on discord too.

I wonder if Chinese characters are spaced differently than latin ones even when using a monospaced font.
