Tab key is acting weird.

When I press the Tab key to indent a list in a Markdown file, it doesn’t indent but instead moves the highlight to the “New Note” button. It used to work fine, but at some point, it started behaving like this. How can I fix it?

Things I have tried

In Options > Editor, the “Indent using tabs” option is enabled, and turning it off and on again didn’t solve the issue.

Have you tried to reproduce your problem in sandbox vault?

It’s a high change it’s a plugin you installed. You could list them here by using “Show debug info”.

Or you could try turning them off one-by-one to find out which one might be causing the issue.

(The Sandbox test blue_emperor suggested would be a great first start, before spending the time turning plugins off and on.)
