Syntax Problem: can anyone help me understand why these two sections look different in reading mode?

I’m pretty much new to serious use of Obsidian and I find spacing and indent in bullet points a bit confusing, they often merge and split in unwanted ways.

I was experimenting with the LYT Kit and I copied the second section from a newsletter email.
I can’t get my head around the fact that my first section is somehow different even if it looks the same.

There is a difference between line 10 and line 18. It seems like you’ve got multiple space characters or a tab character on line 18, which is not there on line 10.
