Sync 'Show changes' toggle misbehaving

Steps to reproduce

Hey team - Not sure if it’s related to the new insider build (but assuming so given the focus on Sync), but the sync ‘show changes’ toggle is misbehaving. When you click it, it’s not always toggling. If you imagine splitting the toggle focus area into 4 quadrants, it works 100% in the top left quadrant but not the others

Toggle switching doesn’t work in all cases

Environment

Obsidian version: v1.7.0
Installer version: v1.6.7

I posted a gif in the insider-desktop Discord channel demonstrating the behaviour. For some reason, it’s not showing when I post here

Does it happen with default theme, restricted mode on and restart obsidian?

Yes, default theme and no plugins! (I use Obsidian completely OOTB)
