Sync not connecting on desktop

Things I have tried

I have Win10 and tried creating a new sync vault.

What I’m trying to do

I am trying to use sync between Win10 and IOS.

I keep getting the error: Did not respond to login request: (“res”;“err”,“msg”:“Vault not found.”)

I deleted the old vault and made a new vault but sync still does not work from the desktop.
