Sync my notes between my two local devices

I has used obsidian for some times, i use mac client and android client,
i want a plugin can sync notes between my android device and mac computer, and do not through sync server.

It’s a very useful fuctions. but can obsidian official accept their users do not purcher for their remote server?

No, Obsidian Sync is not a peer-to-peer syncing solution.

However, you don’t need a plugin to do local device-to-device syncing. Any local file syncing software can work!
