Sync: Add Hotkey/Gesture to Trigger Sync

Use case or problem

Currently, Obsidian Sync will update the remote vault when it detects changes to a note. On some systems or setups, this can be slow, or just not desired. I’ve had a user request that a hotkey or gesture be added to be able to trigger sync manually even if sync is currently paused. Essentially, the same as CTRL/CMD + S.

This may also help instances on mobile devices when Sync appears to stall.

Proposed solution

A hotkey or gesture that triggers a manual sync.

Current workaround (optional)

Selecting pause sync, and unpausing again. There is also not a hotkey for this workaround either.

Related feature requests (optional)

Currently none.

I would also strongly appreciate this feature.
Other products like Joplin have it and it has proven extremely useful to me.
“Often” (well at least regularly) I face the situation that I see/know that some change has not synced yet and I want to edit the same file.

With a “force sync now” button, I could take action and resolve my problem.
Without it, I am scared to make the new change due to fear of losing the old one. I cannot trigger a sync, so I randomly wait scaring at the screen, not knowing if anything is happening. Very frustrating.
